Expectations For 2021

Looking back at the expectations I had for myself a year and a seven days ago, never would have I imagined the great turn of direction where this year would take us, and the millions of people who might think the same thing. Yet, exactly seven days ago, this minute of hope, filled with infinite thoughts was spread with those who were around me, with those whom I have cherished for carrying on this past year.

The shared feeling of being surrounded by the burden of millions of lives lost due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the destruction of wild forests, the melting of the arctic and so many more recurring events which also share a common factor, climate change.

2020 brought unexpected things throughout its twelve months of duration, which perceived on my point of view, it went going with a blink of an eye, but with flashes acting as checkpoints regarding the remarkable events that happened.

For this new year, I wish nothing but the best for everyone. I will consider this a year of taking bandages off our constantly closed eyes and go into a breeze of fresh air on the things that we want to see a change on. Be part of the actions we want to be done, look ahead to new opportunities, commit to applying changes in your lifestyle. Beware of our foreign, different and far ahead neighbors. Beware of the earth.
